Antique Uranium Glass 3-Trumpet Epergne
Victorian.
An epergne is a decorative table centerpiece that became highly popular during the 19th century. Originally, used to elegantly display fresh-cut flowers, ferns, or sweet treats during formal dinner parties. This beautiful piece features three matching hand-blown, trumpet-shaped glass inserts with finely ruffled or crimped rims. The glass gently fades from a milky, semi-translucent opalescent tone near the wide top edges down into a clear yellow-green base.
